Hi one and all. While I'm not overtly pagan nor strictly Irish, I am certainly open-minded to paganism and of Irish descent(mum from Kerry/dad from Donegal), so hope you'll cut me some slack!

Although I currently don't live in Ireland, I am definitely interested in moving there sometime in the near future, with the long-term view of living some kind of somewhat off-grid, self-sufficient lifestyle. While I know that's a little off topic from the nature of this group, if anyone here is living a similar kind of lifestyle and wouldn't mind getting in touch regarding there experiences of it, both +ve and -ve, that would be great! Many thanks.

Hi There,

It has been a long time since I was on this site.

I am hoping to find anyone here based in Dublin Ireland that would be interested in taking me on and teaching me as a new solo practitioner.

Locating to Co. Donegal from USA within the next 3 years. Would love to begin correspondence with locals. My path is fairly eclectic, but centers mostly on Celtic, Norse and sometimes Egyptian traditions. Cheers!

@ Tatty, there's a group in Belfast that usually has a monthly moot, and meets for the Greater Sabbats.

I haven't checked it out, because I'm involved in a couple groups in Dublin that has me usually travelling there on a fortnightly basis eating up most of my "disposable income" on fuel. The wife is supportive, but lets just say isn't the most happy with me dedicating a lot of my spare time to that, so I'm not sure how keen she would be with me spending even more time out in the community, but I'm bound to make it to a few sometime in the future ;)
