The Xmas tree I managed to slice of some wood bits in 1/2" rounds, part of the top I kept as a stick. The thicker bit of the tree stem I am thinking how to use that too. But the garden scissors are not big enough. The wood of the tree is still very piney fragrant so want to save the wood of it.

With some copper wire leftovers today I made some copper paperclips. Tomorrow I make a few more.

Just a walk in my garden in mild september day to gather some herbs to dry to make into herbal blends in a few days. I use small glass jars.

Was thinking about candles some weeks now and just in time got a new big bag of tealights.

Leftover candlewax save up in a glass jar, re-melt into a garden candle.

Container diy for herbs or incense blends or small batches of footbath salts. I keep the herbs that are not for cooking/drinking as its not glass. A recycled toilet roll press down that it gets an oval shape. Cover with paper glue it on. Leave a flap to write name and ingredients. Bottom sealed of with thick paper glued to inner. The top glue about 2/3 around edge leave a flap shape that presses up to add or remove contents, press it downwards for closure. The container stands upright.

This one I made for my Hummingbird incense blend/mix.

Anyone else who likes making their own tinctures?

I was looking at what shops sell online as in single tinctures and its all very expensive. So most I make my own.

Made a recycled spice jar to candleholder for spring/Ostara glued some white semitransparant baking paper on it and added some easter-egg stickers I have from my crafts suppliesstash. Happy Spring season! march 21 2017.

I was sorting out bottles to recycle for the glass, some of my spice bottles have narrower necks/openings so I tried see if a taper fits. And it does added some decorative paper scraps to cover the label as those are glued so hard it is very difficult to remove, tried it before. So now I have free candleholders for my tapers. I made 3 so far.

One has holly paper scrap bit. One has a piece of red japanese handmade paper scrap and one has a scrap of xmas gift paper xmas green with gold stars.

If you have (leftovers) yarn in Yule colors red/green/gold now is the time to start a crochet for the Xmas/Yule tree-skirt.
