About Me:
“The Goddess Book of Psalms” is now available in hardcover as well as paperback, after much diligent labor and a torturous journey through the publishing maze. Also "Devotions for the Witch" is available in soft cover. Both can be seen and purchased at http://stores.lulu.com/deliathecrone

I've completed a translation of Leland's "Aradia: Gospel of the Witches", and it is in a publisher's hands as we speak, awaiting publication. I'm also working on a perpetual day-by-day pagan calendar, a pagan ritual cookbook, a fairy horoscope, etc., etc.
Originally from the Boston area, I've lived in nearly every state, settling in Florida for over 30 years, and now in South Carolina. I have been a practicing pagan for most of my life, and my pathway leads me to my heritage - in Italy.

Writing goddess poetry and ritual. Cooking and feeding my dear ones. Doing crossword puzzles. Organizing.

My beloved grandmother, Elisa, who raised me when my mother left. Also my dear father, Ferdinand, who instilled in me a love of words. My aunt, Rita, who still giggles and enjoys life every moment, at 92 years of age.
How did you find PaganSpace?
Wayfinder invited me.

Excerpt from "The Goddess Book of Psalms"

Psalm LXXIX.
Beloved Mother, Divine Enchanter, whose hand has stilled the turbulent sea;
who filled the oceans with food and pleasures to feed and nourish Her children’s needs,
You listen to our every call and we are never without Your love.
O Lady whose voice above the clouds does trill and spread across the universe at will,
who speaks to winds and calms the breeze and grows the grasses green and tall,
Your magic lives in each of us and we sing praises to Your love.
Creator of the rock and flame, whose will recycles both the sun and moon,
who raises mountains and dredges valleys, guide us through the chaos round us.
You alone can give us glory; we have no fear with You within our hearts.
Eternal Goddess, Mother Earth, whose truth is planted firmly here with light and darkness intertwined for we are whole within Your shelter,
Yours is all the shield we need; we hold Your love within our souls.
Goddess who divines our every wish, who sees our errors, yet stays with us,
whose grace and love has set us free within the sacred space we make,
join our songs and dance our joy; we celebrate Your love all ways.

Special Edition of Leland's Aradia - and I'm in it!

Posted on February 7, 2011 at 12:28pm 0 Comments

The Witches Almanac has just printed an anniversary edition of Charles Godfrey Leland’s Aradia: Gospel of the Witches. It contains an introduction, written by Professor Robert Mathieson, and after the entire original text is presented, an appendix is included titled “Modern Perspectives on Aradia: Gospel of the Witches”. Many of today’s most knowledgeable authors are in this appendix, and I’m very proud to announce that I am among them! Each author presents their own… Continue

Preparing for the Witches' Ball!

Posted on January 26, 2011 at 8:17am 2 Comments

I'm SO excited! The petticoats just arrived for my costume for the Witch's Ball in April down in Florida! I plan to be dressed as Calendimaggio - the first day of May - since the Ball is being held on the eve of May. In the Celtic calendar, that would be Beltane, but for me it's Calendimaggio.

Here's a picture of the costume that inspired me...

Of course my dress won't look…

A new Book Journal is published!

Posted on January 21, 2011 at 9:48am 0 Comments

I've just completed a Book Journal for publication. It's virtually a blank book, or, should I say, a book with blanks for you to fill in. The many pages include Books on Loan, Borrowed Books, Books on Order, and Wish List. The idea is to maintain a list of all the books you lend out to someone, the ones you borrow from someone (and that can include library books as well), the ones you ache to own, and those you've already ordered. There's also a section called My Favorite Books, in which you…

Witchcraft: Evil or Not?

Posted on January 14, 2011 at 3:27pm 7 Comments

Witchcraft is one part of the practice of an ancient religion. Those who practice the Craft generally believe in a loving god (and goddess), or in multiple gods, who reign over the many facets of our daily lives. This is derived from the earliest religions of great societies, like Rome, Greece, Anatolia, etc. Those worshipers were not creating evil to harm their enemies, nor were they attempting to cause havoc in the world. They prayed in their own manner to the gods of their society to…
