All Beliefs are Welcome Here!
Hey guys! Check out the dandelion hand-moisturizer that I whipped up this afternoon! I harvested two cups of large dandelion blossoms, as well as whatever violet blossoms that I happened to spy, and using a double-boiler I used a heat-infusion method to infuse the phytochemicals of the dried dandelions with about a Tablespoon of dried calendula petals fried from my garden last year, with one cup of coconut oil. After it melted I allowed it to cook for 2 hours! The oil was HOT, but not simmering, nor boiling by the end. Then I strained out the mark after allowing it to cool somewhat and added 20-30 drops of lavender EO for scent and preservation (red thyme oil could also be used as a preservative). Oh! I also included 2 teaspoons of some deep red rose-infused honey that I made a few years ago (it's really delicious!). I placed the 1/4 cup pots onto my altar pentacle to be charged for external healing under the auspices of my goddess, The Morrighan!
