After all these years of being vegetarian and recently going vegan for the past year I have run into food issues like for example giving up cheese: I LOVE CHEESE! It has been the hardest thing to give up and I can give it up but sometimes I slack. I go back to eating a little bit on my salads & it's usually fetta. I also got very thin on a mostly raw food diet that's why I started incorporating more vegetarian/vegan foods and not concentrating on solely raw foods. I think it's great that people can do the raw food lifestyle but for me I'm already naturally thin & petite. I lost more weight on a raw food lifestyle. I figured out that it isn't healthy for me or my body. I'm now trying to gain some weight. I have the opposite problem and it's not all that it's cracked up to be believe me. Anyone one else?
