Nurturing, Nature, and Honoring Magdalena's way.

*This is not a Coven!*  Paying homage to the nurturing way of grandma's witchcraft. (Magdalena)

Wanting to uphold the dignity of witches who were healers and held a kinship with their neighbors.

The Vision for this Group, it's really Grandma's house.

Magdalena is my inspiration for the group.

Her union with nature and her healing abilities touched many in her native country as well as in the U.S.

By the time I was a toddler, she was already in her seventies. She did not speak english, but just being near her, her radiance shined through.  I wanted to be a reflection of who she was.  A mother, a grandmother, a nurturer, a "Witch."

Without a formal education, she was a midwife and referred to as a "Doctor." Part may be due to the era in which she was born and another part came naturally.

This group is to assist individual growth through sharing personal family and life experiences.  To offer a sense of family in this busy busy world.

It is not asked to reveal magickal secrets but to assist others in their growth as you would with any family member.  The patience, the tolerance truly needed in teaching one.  Encouraging those who wish to learn and not being judgmental when mistakes are made.  Remembering we all had to learn at one time.

Nurturing without Criticism, providing recommendations on informative tools, plain old suggestions to help guide another.  We are from around the world and no one way is better than the other. We are all on a journey with a common goal.

We are magickal, funny, serious and absurd along with other various descriptions thrown in.

We are a beacon from the Old World with priority on ritual and tradition, but not too staunch and stuffy.

The Vision is unity through nurturing and enjoying nature as best we can with a focus on family which has brought to Witchcraft and is not a stereotype from the outside world.

The magick is harmonious and all around us.

It is a way of life!

Hello everyone.
My personal life is taking center stage.
It's almost 3,years since my accident and I'm still under a doctor's care!
Am starting a fairy garden. Purchased some $1 items from a antique, thrift store and using what the pine trees have discarded.
Anyway, Criss loves tea in the summer, I love herbal tea. I used a 1 gallon bag for his tea and put 2 sleepy time tea bags in as well. Love it.
I love mixing my own blends but sometimes my tea infusers allow small particles to float. So, yes, I do use tea bags too!
Spent 4 hours tubing down a river. How relaxing!
Hoping you all are enjoying a wonder season!!!
Oh, the Sacred G Breath, it's on YouTube!! Great for positive affirmations ou to just check out.
There's a gathering in Missouri for Lammas!

My spelling and any punctuation dealing with the english (American) language has much to be desired.
So, apology for grammatical errors.

Greetings and salutations to those wishng to honor the sacred arts of our ancestors!
I have been dealing witb an issue of a class not being a coven, not being a forum but just one way of thinking.
I failed miserably!
Say what you mean and mean what you say, damn it!
I have no agenda other than sharing what knowlege I have and gaining insight from new perspectives, ie. You!
It is irrelevent what you chose as your spiritual path. I only ask each person to respect any question or response. Since no one is born with complete knowledge or infallible, let's just be nice.

Please correct me if I am in error. I consider myself just dangerous enough! LOL! So, I won't be offended by any corrections, suggestions or strong recommendation!

Debate is invigorating and it is interesting to hear something new and possibly add it to your own...
It seems there are too many people who do feel there is only their way.
As Bree mentiond, we are eclectic!
I find it unnecessary to insult someone while trying to make a point or disagreeing.

Phoenix they've calmed...but are far from docile. I enjoy robust intellectual discussion but not the BS that goes on sometimes.

I too refuse to argue or fight with someone who I can remove from my life with the click of a single button. My time is too precious.

Will contact you soon Phoenix!
