I have 2 batches of mead fermenting in the pantry right now. One was started last month and the other,on the 1st of this month.

For the first batch,I followed the recipe, using orange slices and raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg.

The 2nd batch has slices of granny smith apples and an entire jar of maraschino cherries, including the juice

Greetings fellow guilders.... I have been remiss in my attentions to the page... due to personal medical issues as well as a lovely lightning storm that took out every single pc in my home... including the one that i have all of my recipes and photos on... and of course, being the wonderful bookkeeper i am (not) i did not have a back up file... so alot has been lost forever i'm sad to say... but I am working on getting some of them back and as I do I will be posting more.. please continue to share your ideas I really appreciate it!

Love, Light, & Libations!
