Hate!

Hate! They say its such a strong word

But it’s a word filled with passion

The flames of the fire

Can be stoked with each minute that passes

While sitting back

Imagining and thinking

Relaxing and chillin

I think back and start

Reminiscing

Thinking and wishing

Shit really wasn’t this way

Where did I go wrong

Or maybe where did I go right

But it seems sometimes to me

I’ve been fucked my whole life

Everywhere I… Continue

Replanting the Orchard

I was one of ten people who went out to get fruit trees and plant them yewster day after finding that The council Morgan and her fellow round table members had replaced and bannished had ripped out all the other fruit trees We had originally planted For the community. They actually ruined the communities food supplies and had rendered the area an unusable moon scape. So A new site chosen and was planted Yesterday And the old site of the orchard abandoned The soil was too polluted with weed… Continue

Protection Magick Request for the newly Discovered Amazon Tribe

At the same time that my heart was hopeful for a fleeting moment that there might be undistrubed indigenous peoples still in the jungle, I am horrified that photos are being circulated on the Internet and all over the world news about this uncontacted Amazon Tribe near the Peru border. They're screwed now. It willnot be long before they are imperialized, stolen from and their paradise wiped out by the relentless greed of loggers and other "civilzed" societal elements. I am sick that the Wild… Continue

Knowledge, a poem

I wrote this after I got out of the hospital. The reason I was in the hospital is because I had a asthma attack and passed out. I stayed there a week. I was unconscious for 2 days. I was in ICU on a ventilator, tubes down my throat the whole nine, for 4 days. It was September 2006.

One day I was sitting outside on my porch drinking some wine, it had started to rain a bit hard. This just came to me and I had to write it down. Usually thats how most of my poetry comes about. I'm… Continue

An Oak Tree Spell

Color of the day: Crimson

Incense of the day: Carnation

Ever since King Charles II of England hid in an oak tree to protect

himself

from political enemies during the 1600s, this day has been known as Oak

Apple

Day. Images of oak trees, acorns, oak leaves, and branches are displayed

everywhere. The oak tree has had a long association with magic since the

days

of early Britain. Any part of an oak tree can be used in… Continue

Eight Keys to Celtic Magic

Eight Keys to Celtic Magic

by Edred Thorsson

Every folk group has special traditions with regard to magical practice. To the contrary of trends in modern occultism these traditions are not merely windaw dressing on a universal pattern- the differences reflect real and often profound variations between and among traditions. In studying the Celtic traditions of magic certain unique themes occur which are worth pointing out. These themes help distinguish the Celtic traditions from… Continue

June is just about here

June takes its name from Juno, the Roman goddess of love and marriage (Juno will be the Goddess of the Day on June 2nd). Not surprisingly, June became the traditional month for marriage in Rome and it continues to enjoy tremendous popularity for weddings today. Besides this, June is the favored month for flower festivals, likely due to the abundance of earth's blossoms around this time of year.

June's energies are focused on socialization and activity. It is… Continue

A Grandmother's Perspective on Toddlers and Boats

I thought the three-year-old would marvel at the boat when she saw it. But no, she was scared of it. When handed down from the dock to the stern deck by her father, she gripped my forearms tightly. Then she walked down into the cabin and sat quietly on the V berth, kind of staring around, still in her life jacket.

The one-year-old was carried aboard and down to the cabin, de-jacketed, and promptly crawled across the table, plopped onto the bench seat, slid to the floor, climbed the… Continue

Water Meditation

Our bodies are over fifty percent water, so it makes sense that human beings have always considered water to be a sacred source of life and healing. It is literally half of who we are, and well over half of the earth’s surface is water. Water cleanses and hydrates, contains and produces nourishment, and when we enter it, holds us in an embrace that leaves no part of us untouched. Meditating with water can be a powerful way of aligning ourselves more fully with this… Continue

Thirteen Plants for a Witch's Garden

13 Plants of a Witch

Some of the plants listed below have powerful effects on the human

body. Monkshood and Belladonna were ingredients of "flying ointments"

that witches rubbed into their skin. They are capable of causing the

delirium and irregular heartbeat that may have produced the sensation

of flying. Foxglove and Yew, also poisonous plants, produce dangerous

and unpleasant symptoms, including heartbeat disturbances. Other

plants on the list… Continue

Journey’s Sand(Poem)

this weeks poem my pagan sisters and brothers and i would love to hear your opnions

Journey’s Sand

As your journey below the darkest depths of footstep’s mind

Of your astral soul that escapes the Earthly woe you descend to those darkened depths of your journey’s steps

To cast those lives lived in basking pain brought misery to thy mortality in dark chasten stone

Of journey’s footsteps amidst your dark labyrinths of darken depression found in your inner… Continue

Oh my GODS... SOME people! SHOULD I do a banishing??? Input greatly appreciated!

I don't know if anyone remembers or EVEN read my blogs about the issues we had at my job. It started with another nurse quitting without notice. This particular nurse IS, I believe, mentally ill, along with being a heinous bitch. She quit without notice about 2 months ago, tried to take it back, we said no, you're done, blah, blah, blah... I figured that was the end of it. Though it left us short, I said GOOD RIDDANCE. I would rather be over-worked than put up with her shit… Continue
