SOLITARY OSTARA RITUAL

Ostara signals spring, tulips and daffodils, rabbits and eggs. All these are

reminders of the promise of reincarnation after death, and we look at the world

through sleepy winter eyes to a bright new spring and new growth. This is the

Spring Equinox, the day of even light and dark. We look to balance in our lives

as well as growth.

SOLITARY IMBOLC RITUAL

Imbolc is also known as Candlemas, St. Brigits Day, Brides Day, or Groundhogs Day. The word Imboc means "in the belly". It is the celebration of the return of the maiden of spring. During this time we see the first stirrings of life and spring. The Celtic Goddess Brigit/Brigid, pronounced "Breed", is honored on this day. A Simple Prayer

Oh Blessed Mother...With all my heart I ask to take away the pain and heaviness within my soul. For you know me better than anyone...

Grant me a new begining, so that I may start anew, as the flowers that grow in the springtime. Wash away the pain within me with your gentle rains...May these energies be banished from me and returned from whence they came. Open my eyes that I may see the beauty that is within thee. May Blessed Hecate grant me the wisdom and knowledge of your love… Continue

A Spell for a Dear Friend

The Seven-Knot Love Spell

The symbol of the knot relates to tying something

together, or to keep something stable. Stability

in astrological magick would include the fixed

signs of Aquarius(air); Leo(fire); Taurus(earth);

and Scorpio(water). With this in mind, you could

cast this spell when the moon is in any of these

signs (check your magickal or planetary almanac),

or you could fine-tune your enchantment by

considering the nature of… Continue

The Charge of the Goddess

Hear now the words of the Great Mother...

Who was of old called many names by the hearts of humankind-

Selv, Diana, Brighid, Laksmi, Yema-ya, Kuan Yin and many others

Both known and unknown;

Whenever you need of anything

Once in a month and better it be when the Moon is full

Then you shall assemble in some sacred place

And Adore Me, Who am the spirit of the Moon.

And you shall sing and dance, make music and make love

All in My name,… Continue
