Fishcakes is a Norwegian form of food that is made quite similarily to burgers and meatballs. But you use fish meat instead preferably white fish meat.
8.8 oz of Fish (White Fish)
2 Tablespoons of Wheatflour
1 Small cup of milk
1/4 of Salt
1/4 of Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Chives or Yellow Onions
2 Tablespoons of Margarin (Proper Butter)
1 Bowl (No use doing this on the kitchen bench)
Mince/Mash the fish till its broken to pieces, (you can choose to take it in a food processor or similar if it becomes easier.)
Stir the mashed fish along with wheat flour, salt, pepper and egg. Mix with either chives or (chopped) onions. Lay down the batter in a spoon add into the pan and brown the cakes lightly on both sides till they are cooked properly.
1.You can choose to make a rougher form of Fishcakes by not mashing them so intensely.
2. You can freeze the leftovers in up to over 5 years in a freezer.
/Special Note/ Cooked Potatoes, along side cooked carrots and melted butter...(is perfect)
