About Me:
My path in paganism has suffered several false starts. Being authentic can be hard for me because I worry too much about what other people think of me. I'm striving hard to live more authentically, and I keep coming back to paganism. My influences are pretty wide ranging--spirituality is a creative thing for me, so inspiration may strike at any time.
Favorite Books
I like nonfiction books, especially about history, science and anthropology.
Beliefs / Practices
Spiritual but not Religious, Pagan, Other Spirituality
Other Beliefs/Practices
I'm a socially liberal person with little interest in politics.
I like learning and making things.
My family and friends.

Interesting Articles

"What is Naturalistic Paganism?" by The Spiritual Naturalist Society
This is a basic introduction to naturalistic paganism. It explains the basic beliefs and practices of naturalistic pagans, and offers advice on getting started if you liked what you read. I can't say I agree with every word in this (or any) article 100%, but it is a good for basic information on naturalistic paganism. The Spiritual Naturalist Society aims to educate and develop spiritual naturalists from every philosophical background. They primarily achieve this through the publication of articles, and encouraging contact between likeminded people. This same article is found on Humanistic Paganism. I provided my first encounter with the document as the first link.

"Interview With an Atheist Pagan" by Jason Mankey
A theistic and atheistic pagan sit down for a discussion on how one can be an atheist and a pagan. It's not as contradictory as you might think! It covers most of the questions I get asked as a naturalistic pagan, and Amy B. answers in much the same way I do.
